What is an elbow MRI?
An elbow MRI uses magnetic resonance imaging to produce detailed images of the bones, joint and soft tissues around the elbow.
MRI does not use X-rays or ionising radiation. It uses a strong magnetic field, radiofrequency signals and computer processing to create detailed images.
